Have you ever sent an email to a company to highlight an employee?

We all tend to send the complaints when something goes wrong or we feel we have been wronged by a business. Send it up the chain to get it fixed, right? But what about when you have an encounter with someone or a business that goes above and beyond. Yes, the online review or five stars is nice, but have you ever sent something up the chain to highlight and showcase someone or a business that is doing it right or going above and beyond?

Have you ever sent an email to a company to highlight an employee? Wouldn’t you like that done for you?

Wouldn’t it be great if someone did that for you? Not just the simple five-star review or online review, (which often times can be fake ones) but an email that went into some detail about you and what you do.

Then take an extra minute in the morning after you have had a great experience and look up the information that you can to send your thoughts to the top.

Have you ever sent an email to a company to highlight an employee? Try sending one a week. Get in the habit.

Consider one a week. get in the habit of spreading the good word and sharing the good work. it can also come back tenfold to you. And I am not saying do it to get them done for you, but you may experience the returns and even just the good kharma from others.
