How do you give people options with your bio and intro?

When someone asks for a bio or an intro, are you sending them something that is way too long or are you giving them something that is too brief and short to work with?

By sending someone a simple document that gives them the short tagline, a one-liner, as well as a short bio and long bio. It allows them to have the pieces they need to introduce you in their voice. This still allows you to get the key points you want across, but it also gives a host the ability to construct something that sounds like them.

Hone your bio into those four pieces and send that out as a document when people ask for that information. Quick hint, it should all be able to fit on a single sheet.

Allow them to take and leave

When someone can construct an intro verbatim or use the different pieces, it will read and sound that much more natural while still staying true to your brand and the key points of you and your business.
