Do you want to be right? Are you sure?
All too often ego can lead us to wanting for things to be right by us and for us, over making those things right overall for everyone.
When you are dealing with people that just aren’t going to compromise, listen or communicate, when is it the time to just cut them loose, cut the stress loose and walk away? Sometimes, it can be best to forgive and free yourself of the person and situation.
Or do you want things to be better?
I’m not a passive person and I don’t like when people screw me, but in a couple more recent events, I have noticed..maybe a maturity? Naw, but still, I let some stuff go and since letting it go… where in turn, I will not get money owed, I will not get to finish it the way I want and I will not have the closure I originally wanted…
I am getting a different type of closure. And with letting it go, it has gotten better. This person will never pay and while I could chase and have all the proof, all the documentation and am right, it’s going to take too much energy, too much time and too much stress to get to that point.
Do you want to be right and looking at when you should and should not forgive
Or is it just better to forgive, release it and make other things right that can be right. Sometimes, in letting go and forgiving, we energize and are able to have the energy and time to be used on productive things and better things that will not go as wrong.it, release it and make other things right that can be right? Sometimes, in letting go and forgiving, we energize and are able to have the energy and time to be used on productive things and better things that will not go as wrong.
