Ghost in the Machine

Being a Ghost in the Machine of the music industry was not just about not getting the credit or the spotlight, it allowed me to see a great deal more of how the industry operated and how it worked. Yes, music is creative and it is art, but in the music business, that creativity and art shifts to a business that is run like a business. It is not the best song, because there is no best. Music is art, art is subjective. But Business success is not.

Seeing art cross to business both effectively and incorrectly is the root and foundation of what I do today.
